Run time: 1 hour, 32 minutes. The epic tale of a dad protecting his family from a home invasion, but to the whole disappointment of his kindred, he is afterall a “Nobody” who is incapable of the task. But in reality, he’s a super dangerous agent who gets triggered leading to a rage, pulling retired instincts and lethal skills from dormancy leading to an outright war. The Russian mob gets mixed into his rage, and they go at each other leading to mass destruction, death, and injury. He quickly changes his families views of being a “Nobody” in no time.

Great plot, choreography, and the film is laid out well with edge of your seat adventure. I enjoyed the flick.

Those Who Wish Me Dead (R: 2021)

Rated R: Released 2021
Suspense, Crime, Adventure
Runtime: 1 hour, 40 minutes
Starring: Angelina Jolie (Hannah); Jon Bernthal (Ethan); Nicholas Hoult (Patrick); Finn Little (Connor); Medina Senghore (Allison); Laura Niemi (Maggie); and more.

One of my favorite actresses – Angelina Jolie (next to Charlize Theron) plays in this epic crime-drama adventure of a accountant who discovers financial crimes triggering a mob to kill him off before he releases their secrets. As he seeks safety in the wilderness with family, the plan is foiled. The mob catches up with him and chases his son through the wilderness to wrap up loose ends. Only to discover the fire fighter Hannah on the edge of suicide, discovers the boy and comes to save him. They race from the flames to safety, and to catch the criminals in their tracks.

Its a brilliant plot and storyline, well made, and choreographed. A fan of Angelina Jolie, always impressed with her abilities. I watched this one on its release on HBO-MAX and was not disappointed. It would have however been more spectacular in the movies.

I Zombie series

~ TV-14 | 42min | Comedy, Crime, Drama | TV Series (2015–present(2018) ) | Creators: Diane Ruggiero, Rob Thomas; Starring: Rose McIver, Malcolm Goodwin, Rahul Kohli, and many more – see IMDB ~

It is a tale about a girl named Liv Moore, who was a medical student that became infected by the zombie plague that was in an outbreak in her community. As she deals with life as a zombie, she discovers if she eats the brains of an individual, she can have flashbacks of their life, absorb their feelings and personality, and can figure out how they died. She assists detective Clive Babineaux of the police department with solving murders. It’s a great comedy and spin on zombie theme popularity that has struck the world this decade with great plots, storyline, and characters. One of my favorite shows.

The dramatic tale of the 1969 fatal car accident where Senator Ted Kennedy was involved with claiming the life of Mary Jo Kopechne, one of the Kennedy family’s aids. Interwoven during the time of the walking on the moon, the film bounces between cover-ups, hiding facts, and trying to keep Ted clear of it destroying his political career. An all-star cast, good production, and well done.
