After a week of archaeological fieldwork in Findlay, Ohio … I capped off the week with a visit to Findlay’s AMC theaters – flatbread pizza and lemonade for dinner while watching my favorite type of movie …. Supernatural Horror. A washed-up reporter (Played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan who plays Negan in Walking Dead) goes to investigate an oddity and discovers a cursed doll imprisoning a demon. It gets released and possesses a hearing-impaired girl that believes she is visited by the Virgin Mary instead. Many come to partake of her miraculous healing gift but the demon causes horror. A dark battle ensues. Good movie. Perfect plot with a believable historical setting, acting, and screenplay well done. Edge of your seat timeline. Rating: 4.5 stars out of 5.
