I’m giving Companion (2025) a full five stars. Not a polite five. A grinning, white-knuckle five. I’ve watched it 4 times now since i first saw it on its opening night, using my AMC A-List pass. As a developer working on developing Ai, creating Ai companions, and exploring the world of robotics.
Friday, and this time, Disney finally delivers a sequel that sparks joy for both parents and kids. Sitting beside my son in a packed theater, we found ourselves grinning at inside jokes, clever twists, and the bizarre hijinks that define the saga. Watching as a longtime fan, and now as a parent, made this experience sweeter; the nostalgia hit hard, but it was the family energy that won me over.
High-Stakes Action, Stellar Cast, and a 4.5-Star Thriller Ride Buckle up, because “Relay” (2025) isn’t your average action flick; it’s a pulse-pounding ride that draws inspiration from the gritty spy classics of the 1970s and catapults them straight into today’s world of constant surveillance and data paranoia. Think waking up from an odd nap and wondering if you ever left the dream.
Karate Kid Legends bursts onto the screen as a true five-star sequel, breathing new life into the classic story of honor, friendship, and personal strength. With rich martial arts sequences, raw depictions of bullying, and the spirit of kung fu woven into each scene, the film bridges generations of fans. Anyone drawn to tales of overcoming obstacles or fascinated by the legacy of the Karate Kid will find plenty to admire. Its place within the legendary series makes it a must-see, especially for those who cherish stories about standing up to bullies and the power of martial arts to transform lives.
