02.08.20: Doing more veggies, WebDev, Client work at home

Saturday, February 8, 2020:
Maple Falls, Washington

After a long week of Daddy daycare – dropping and picking Cian up from school, volunteering at the elementary school as a teacher helper, doing WebDev and onDemand app work through the week – missing the Colorado home at times as well as other projects, exhaustion overwhelmed Oisin. He was very happy to be at his second home in Washington state – where he has a kitchen so he could actually cook healthier food. He’s been staying in Air BnB’s Monday through Fridays – most of which only have microwaves, so good healthy cooking is a misnomer.

That morning he made himself a Tofu Spinach and veggie omelette for breakfast, Quorn Vegan Tenders for lunch, and Pad Thai for dinner.

He contemplated about going to Coffin Club in Vancouver for the evening, but too broke and strapped for gas funds so he decided to stay USA bound for the weekend. He contemplated cruising into Bellingham (30 minute one way drive) to do some fishing for deliveries via GrubHub, but no guarantees that way. He’s sure he’d get some deliveries, but still not knowing if enough to cover gas with funds so low. He decided to recover by staying home, working on client Web sites, Web Development, Accounting, and figuring out his upcoming week schedules. Recovery was much needed.

He worked into the wee hours doing WebDev, Accounting, Vlogging, and took a couple breaks watching “Sam” and some other flicks on Netflix.
