Eugene – Canyonville – Ashland – Klamath Falls, Oregon
As the explorers awoke in Springfield/Eugene at the Motel 6, they made cereal for breakfast and headed back on the road. They stopped by Flappin Flags for re-surplus and were back on the road south.
As the explorers headed south, they stopped for fuel at the Seven Feathers casino. Lunch was had near by at the Burger King in Canyonville. They then were back on the road, running down to Ashland to grab some things out of storage, and on into the Cascades. They stopped at the magical wayside known as Tub Springs to get fresh spring water for their journey. The Prince was mesmerized with the special waters and hiking around the trails. The explorers made acquaintance with some band members from Ashland. Onwards they went, up and down the mountain towards Klamath Falls where they were to check into the hotel and meet the archaeological crew for survey in the morning. They unloaded into the hotel and prepared for the next day.
