Renton – Maple Falls, Washington
Early to rise …. Oisin checked out from his Air BnB in Federal Way at 6 am, then drove over to Etain’s to pick up King Cian at 6:30 am. Fridays are a late start day so Oisin and Cian hung out at the local Starbucks from 6:30 am – 9:30 am playing games, doing homework, and having breakfast together. Oisin was exhausted. Cian did not want to go to school. After dropping King Cian off at school he drove over to the South center to use his AMC A-List movie pass to see “Like a Boss“. He enjoyed it, finding it light and funny which was what he badly needed. Just before the movie, he grabbed a “Sumo Crunch” Sushi Burrito and smuggled it into the theater for lunch during the movie. He watched the 10:30 am matinee then headed off to Starbucks to do web development and await Doordash delivery requests.

While in the film, the weather went sour so it was a good call to shelter within. He had already checked out of the Air BnB and didn’t want to spend the day in his car or Starbucks during the entire school block.

After the movie and doing some web development at Starbucks, he hit a few Doordash deliveries, then picked up King Cian from school at 3 pm. King Cian had his Friday allowance and delivery earnings (he gets a dollar for every delivery he does with his dad) and used it to buy a Pokemon belt at Target. They then headed to the Regal at the Landing to use their Regal Unlimited Pass to see “Underwater“. After the movie, they met up with Cian’s mom at the Fred Meyers, having dinner with her in the cafeteria. Then Oisin bid Cian farewell, and drove north to his room in the Mt Baker Wilderness. There were snow storms forecast on the horizon, that worried Oisin a bit as his car is not the best in the snow.
