Maple Falls – Renton, Washington
Sir Oisin and King Cian awake at 4:45 am, then drive on down to Renton from Maple Falls 120 miles, fighting a snow storm, then a rain storm, and messy traffic. Bad weather was forecasted for the week. King Cian slept as Sir Oisin drove through traffic issues. Once they arrived in Renton, Dad dropped by the CVS to get Cian his school snack. They were running late as delays on the road stretched their journey thin. The King was missing his backpack as he left it at mom’s house and was unable to retrieve it as she was leaving for work at 6:30 am. Oisin and Cian headed on into the school just barely arriving at 8:30 am. After dropping Cian off at school, Oisin headed off to Starbucks at 8:45 am for Web Development work of various web clients and did some video blogging. He worked a bit on various sites on Techno Tink.
After school, the Duo headed to Cian’s favorite restaurant for an early dinner as Cian stated he was hungry bordering hangry. Cian’s favorite chicken restaurant was KFC regardless of how much Oisin attempted to try other restaurants. Cian expressed his views on chicken restaurants and how the bees make honey, deciding finally that he likes honey. Father and son hit the roads to do delivery work, so that the both of them could make some money. The King gets a dollar royalty per delivery they do together.
The New York Times released that a “mysterious, pneumonialike illness” sickened a few dozen in Wuhan, China but it wasn’t of a big concern for Americans. It was curious news Oisin thought.
