Arvada – Elizabeth, Colorado
After a relaxing weekend with extended family and friends in Grand Lake, Colorado. The duo, rested and relaxed head off to the Uhaul in Lakewood to pick up their trailer. They would be relocating another load of equipment, craft tools, and displays from the Techno Tink Media storage facility in Elizabeth, Colorado to the new Techno Tink Headquarters in Sumas, Washington. They get McDonald’s drive-thru breakfast en route to U-haul.
Up early, they head off and connect the trailer to the car. Easy pickup and exit. They get to Elizabeth storage surprising a few deer wandering around the units. They fill up the trailer, and Cian seeks to pet the deer – dad warning him of safety procedures with wildlife. They pack up the trailer, then Cian needs to log in for his 2nd-grade Zoom class online while dad is packing. For lunch, they grab a hot dog/burger/corn dog lunch combination with Ocean water drinks. Cian gets goofy and has a wild time with his online PE class. Cian gets some extra money for helping dad load up the trailer and goes through storage. He has his RLC class, and the duo is ready to hit the road. It’ll be an interesting journey as they have to e-school basically convoluting a 10 am to 4 pm window with little to no travel, staying in parking lots with WiFi to do e-school. They worked until 8:30 pm on storage, went through Sonic yet again, this time for a dinner of chicken strips and lemonade. They make it back to the Colorado house by 10 pm, catching up with Allison and calling it a night. Big day tomorrow looms ahead.
