Friday, April 9, 2021: Surveying, the Unholy, Weekend. Friday last day of surveying for the week. Oisin was up by 5 am, doing client work – tech support for various websites. Preparing for the field day, grabbing to-go breakfast from the hotel, and meeting up with the crew. Figuring out weekend explorations. Archaeological survey – recording historic and prehistoric isolated finds and sites. Lunch hit Kroger and had popcorn chicken and potato salad for lunch. Oisin was pissed off by a friend on Facebook anti-vax and being a bigot claiming only unhealthy fat people are getting Covid. He deleted him, as said individual has been promoting lies as to who he was (archaeologist, martial arts expert, and claimed to be druid). Removing toxic individuals. Back to the hotel, exhausted, but pushed himself to go to the AMC to watch the Unholy – flatbread pizza and lemonade for dinner. Call with Cian, ding dong game and ding dong ditch over the phone, then called it a night after a bit of client work and Netflix Thunder Force and El Camino. Internet issues at the hotel.
