Oisin had visions and dreams that he was to seek out some hidden secrets in the American Midwest to find legends of the Giants, as a part 1 of a series of investigations. He had hoped to awaken early this morning to do a Spring Equinox ritual on the astrological timing around 2:30 am PST, but could not resurrect from his sleep bed. He awoke around 10:30 am, and did it then. He had awaited word from fellow Druids who “might” join him, but life was crazy busy for the newly found grove, so wasn’t in the cards for this celebration.
He began with smudging, asperging, and anointing the make-shift ritual area, as well as himself for a solitary rite. Tree meditation, fire blessing, and well blessing were accomplished. He invoked Brigid, Manannan, the Ancestors, the Fae, and other God/desses. Then a blessing of Equinox, with offerings made to those present. Divination was done with some insights on his upcoming quest, as well as for whether to vaccinate or not, take the adventure and what lies ahead. Spellwork for safety, prosperity, and abundance was made. He drank forth of the Waters of Life and shared an Easter egg with the Gods. Afterward, thanks were done, and the gates closed.
Oisin then readied himself for an online AIA (Archaeological Institute of America) lecture about Alexander the Great. He caught up with his brother from another mother and continued with his Saturday at the warehouse.
He worked on client work, blogging, vlogging, and enjoyed a late lunch/dinner of Fish and shrimp nuggets with rice. He binge-watched Quicksand and then watched the 4 hours newest “Justice League” movie. He had a relaxing day. He missed his son greatly as this year he was with his mom for the Equinox,. They had done their ritual, visit from the Easter/Ostara bunny/Goddess earlier in the month. A Happy Spring to all – the seasons changing.
