~ Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Colorado Springs, Colorado ~

Sir Thomas awoke early and cooked up some eggs and bacon before heading out to work in the morning. He bid Lady Allison farewell as she headed up to Arvada to her bookkeeping job, and Princess Astranna as she headed off to high school. Sir Thomas climbed into his van and headed off to Fort Carson heading onto base to the Cultural Resource Management Center. He checked in the GPS units for the field crew as they headed out into the field, checked on ArcGIS maps plotting locations of archaeological sites, and then went to do a quick field survey of some acreage on Fort Carson. During lunch he took his usual hike around Cheyenne Mountain State Park, then after work hopped into his van, Isis Adventure Thru Time and headed home. A soldier from Oregon asked him about his Oregon Fair stickers … all of which belonged to the previous owners of the van, as Sir Thomas had yet to vend the Oregon Country Fair (although years on the waiting list to do so).

He picked up Astranna from High School and drove her home. Lady Allison met up with them for dinner and they watched a movie together before sleep. This seemed to become a pattern for the household.
