Postcard from Thomas’ brother Bill to his Mom and Dad dated March 29, 1975:
Dear Mom and Dad,

well im back on this ungodly barge which is a nightmare after being through some nice country. Never did find the Lochness Monster. All we had time to do was take a few pictures and do some hiking. The week i was gone the barge didn’t do any work because of the bad weather. The work has gotten easier since we’ve had all this bad weather 35 ft seas at the working location. The divers are out of saturation after there 30 day’s at depth. Oh Mom and Dad did you ever get my tax return. Also I’m expecting my new Padi Instructor’s card from California. Please let me know about this. So what’s the family been up to? Oh mom , might try those consciousness exercises so we can keep in contact through astro projection. Well I’ll write to you later.
