Another day at Graduate School and working for the National Park Service. Sir Thomas was getting a bit stressed out, overwhelmed by single parenting, full-time graduate school, and full time working at the National Park Service. He was desperately trying to finish up school and his Master’s degree before Lady Hena moved in with him. He was also very excited about the new life and path he was on with whom he believed to be his soul mate. She was his best friend and everything he imagined a soul mate to be. He was so in love.
Sir Thomas and the Princess was at the East Brevard house (townhouse) and the Princess had a good day at school, learning art and music. She was getting along with everyone now. She was excited too that Sir Thomas and Lady Hena were soon to wed this fall. They really got along together when they spent time with one another, as Lady Hena was her former nanny and babysitter in the past. Therefore Sir Thomas knew when they moved in together, all would be beautiful.
Lady Hena was getting frustrated with how busy Sir Thomas was with work and school, parenting and life. She thought he should call more. She became very envious of his friends and certain friends, like Karen, if he was hanging out with – she wanted to be nowhere near them. She also insisted that Lady Karen was not invited to the wedding. Sir Thomas was torn. Never before had he been with someone who was so jealous of his friends. It was a bit controlling and he thought it would pass. The jealousy did not. She was putting him on a pedestal though and made him feel so important. She called him her God. He didn’t know how to take that, but it made him feel good.
Love has rose-colored glasses and love can conquer all. He talked with some friends about his concerns. Lady Vanessa really thought he was making a BIG mistake and it was going too fast. Lady Hena had many issues with her. Lady Karen as well warned Sir Thomas this was going to fast and the fact that she was isolating their friendship was unhealthy. It didn’t matter though to Sir Thomas, she made him feel wonderful, was great with his daughter, and he figured that stuff, these red flags, would go away. Little did he know, they wouldn’t.
Having been polyamorous for the last several years, he worked past his bouts with jealousy. He no longer possessed it, or so he thought. But here he was back in monogamy and now it’s not him being jealous, but his partner. He no longer could go dancing with friends, not because she wouldn’t let him go, but because she wasn’t interested and when she came with would fall asleep in the corner of the booth. So Sir Thomas decided to give up the love of his life – dancing. He focused on Lady Hena and Princess Breanna, reclusing from friends and focusing on their marriage-unit-to-be. He lost a few friends through that. He just was not listening to the red flags.
