Denver, Colorado
It was a long day at the lab, getting quite a bit of archaeology accomplished. Just catching up on the backlog from my absence during Burning Man. Crazy stuff, taking time off and catching up. After work, pretty much headed up to Denver to meet up with Viktoria for her birthday celebrations. Had a quick dinner fix at Kokoro for my usual Unagi brown rice bowl fix.
Allison and Astranna came and joined me, presenting me with a wonderful gift of an MP3 player and dragon tattoo. (Thank you!) Short hang out as she was off to her plans, I was off to Viktoria’s for day 1 of a few in birthday celebrations.
Hit Viktoria’s house and hung out with her, Ron, and Al. Finally got to meet Al for the first time as I’ve heard about him for over a year, but never got to meet him. Some ostrich steak and hemp ice cream, and we were off to getting all fetished up for the Sugar House Fetish night. Ron borrowed some of my fetish clothes and got spiced up quite nice …

En route to the Sugar House, we dropped by Capital Hill to pick up Viktoria’s friend Lulu … and then we’re off on a weaving ride to find the club. The place was pretty nicely crowded, with beds everywhere, crosses, racks, and crazy contraptions. Was pleasantly surprised to see a lot of people I knew. A strawberry bite off the human buffet table, and up to watch the girl in the cube, we had a lot of fun, especially after quite a few Lucid absinthe drinks … and lots of dancing and flirting. After the event, we wandered over to one of Viktoria’s friend’s houses for frolicking fun with more booze, flirting, and a hot tub. Cute crazy warm cuddly girl with a Russian shirt that I was flirting with and her me … sadly disappeared into the hot tub as I left and I didn’t think to grab her number …:: sigh:: It was a good night 🙂

Housed in the infamous Sugar House, which normally has two floors, two bars, 5 party suites, lots of beds, and lots of sexy to go around … 8,000 sq feet of unique VIP ambiance without price and attitude. It’s Denver’s only venue with exclusive hotel-like party suites. Plus they serve Lucid Absinthe! (as well as a plethora of great drinks) The venue is to die for … and the Venue is rated 5 stars by us.
The fetish night I attended on Sept 12th (2008) was intriguing, fun, and adventurous, but lacking in a bit of what I’m used to for Fetish nights – the advertised body painting was lacking, not much play as you find in other Gothy Fetish nights, and while the racks and crosses were comparable and in some regards better than other Fetish nights, the dance floor for the event was tiny and Wasn’t as active as one would expect for a Fetish Night. The Human buffet table was fun and cute, and lots of eye candy around. Certainly had a blast and will be back. The night definitely has promised! Fetish night Rating: 4 stars out of 5.
