One of my favorite new magicians, Justin Willman … on the Netflix series “Magic for Humans” has yet again never fails to fascinate, astound, and perplex me … and I’m a professional magician. His tricks, his candor, and his wit …. charm, magnetism, and influence. What an amazing entertainer. I really hope this series goes on and on. The series “Magic for Humans” is a Netflix streamed U.S. reality TV show that began August 17, 2018, with season one, composed of 6 episodes with Comedian Magician Justin Willman performing magic tricks up and personal with people in work places, on the street, or at local businesses and parks. The claim is all the magic is done real with no video or camera tricks, nor any after performance editing as “Real People. Real Magic. No Camera Tricks”. Season 2 was just as entertaining and remarkable. Now beginning May 15th, the third season stuns its audiences just like the past 2. Justin isn’t beyond criticism or nay-sayers, as many skeptics claimed the first season used green screens, CGI, camera tricks, and placed actors to accomplish the stunts.
Power Trip: Magic can influence the influencers, and convince people to feel things they don’t. It also teachers children about the power of positive words.
Episode 2: Vices
Vices: Embracing naughty habits Justin magically figures out who’s high, hustles kids with broccoli and visits a rage room.
Episode 3: Home
After conjuring the ideal house pet in a cat cafe, Justin tackles his greatest challenge yet by assembling Ikea furniture – only to end up in pieces.
Episode 4: Self Care
Seeking a little “me” time, Justin indulges in a mystical massage, struts his superhuman strength at the gym, and convinces socks to fold themselves.
Episode 5: The End
Justin ponders the end of it all while giving life to a thrift store’s expired items and turning kids dreams of the future into a real bucket list.
Episode 6: Know Fear
Justin bares his worst nightmare as he strips down to perform at a nudist ranch, then conquers his fear of spicy foods with a few red-hot card tricks.
For Justin, celebrating traditions includes some enchanting etiquette at a formal dinner party and breaking illusions out of a birthday pinata.
Overall Season Rating: 5 out of 5
