Colorado Springs, Colorado
Back from the field, Sir Thomas headed over to his shop, The Tree Leaves’ Oracle off Ruxton street in Manitou Springs after a long day at work. He opened the shop for a couple of hours, but no one came in. He began to feel it was an incredible waste of time doing this shop. He had caught a tarantula in the field this session and got out the aquarium to give it a home. He placed it towards the front display window. He was a little worried about the cold, so put a heater nearby. Having a tarantula again gave him memories of having one during childhood and remembering vividly when his last tarantula bit his finger and drew blood – because his brother Docteur Mangor shook up the aquarium when Sir Thomas left the room, angering the spider. This one no worries. He could let it crawl up and down his arms. That night, Sir Thomas turned in early, quite exhausted from the field.
