Klamath Falls-Tillicum Beach, Oregon

The adventurers had a nice rest at the Valley of the Rogue State Park where they camped last night. Sir Thomas Leaf awoke at 7 am in order to do some business before Lady Etain and the Prince awoke. He processed 2014 receipts for taxes. He worked until the laptop died as the solar battery only had so much charge left in it. He lasted with his work to about 11 am. He then awoke Lady Etain and the Prince so they could pack up and check out of the camp site to continue with their journey. They took a nice hot shower at the campground and made breakfast. A bowl of cereal with fresh bananas and strawberries was had, washed down with orange juice. During breakfast time the Prince played with his Pirate Ship.

The explorers packed up their campsite at Rogue River by 1 pm checkout and headed towards the Oregon Coast. They headed north on I-5 towards Sutherlin. There they pitstopped for ice, ice cream, and sought out the Staples office supply shop to pick up ink for the mobile printer. It was essential so they could print postage on the road for orders they received online. Finding the right cartridges became a bit of a travel delay as they had to head off to Roseburg to get the right cartridges.

They dropped by to explore Fort Umpqua and view the Elk herds at the Elk viewing site along the highway. There were interested mud swallow nests in the rafters of the information areas. They made it to Tillicum beach and got their favorite camp site. Hung their hammocks and relaxed. They cooked up burgers on the grill, with fries, and lemonade. They played on the beach and built sandcastles with the Prince. With dark fall, they nestled into a movie and went to sleep.
