Sisters – Springfield – Honeyman State Park, Florence, Oregon
The morning was spent exploring the charming town of Sisters, Oregon. They dropped into a cafe for some wifi and figuring out their plans since the field session had ended really early unexpectedly. An unexpected web hosting bill for this domain was due in the morning e-mail for Sir Thomas. Not wanting the site to be shut down,
he found a way to get it paid.
They drove to Springfield/Eugene, Oregon for a pit stop. On their journey they dropped by Target to get some groceries, sundries, and soda for the trip. They grabbed gas at the Am/Pm Arco station since it was $1.65 a gallon. Onwards they went to Florence, Oregon. That night they camped at Honeyman State Park on the coast. Luckily they were able to obtain a site with electric so they could run the heater, lights, and laptop for evening movies.
