04.25.16: Last day of survey

Monday, 25 April 2016
Klamath Falls, Oregon

This time the Prince and Lady Etain awoke with Sir THomas, coming down to the breakfast buffet to have breakfast with Sir Thomas. Sir Thomas had his usual grub and waved farewell. He climbed into the work truck with the crew and headed off to the survey area of Bryant Mountain. The archaeological survey crew made their way over cliffs and drops, lava rock fields, with some stacked rocks/cairns on them. Afterwards they headed back to the hotel and bid farewell as all would be taking off home in the morning. Sir Thomas, Lady Etain, and the Prince grabbed dinner out to celebrate. They drove out to the Klamath Basin Brewing for a dinner with the crew and then headed back to the hotel. They returned to the room, watched movies, and pre-packed for their next adventure as they would be leaving in the morning. A blessing of Amazon sales deposited into their account made things nice.

In the news, Sir Thomas learned the American public holds a low opinion of congress and that they are not doing a good job and that U.S. President Obama officially expanded the U.S. role in the fight against ISIS sending hundreds of more troops into Syria. At the same time over a dozen people were killed in a suicide blast in a Shiite enclave south of the Syrian capital. Starbucks announced plans to donate 100% of its unsold food to charities within five years. North Korea claims to have achieved successful testing of sub-fired missles.
