Up by 6:00 am, Oisin was welcomed by frost and snow in the morning as he headed off to Etain’s to pick up Cian. They returned to the Air BnB for a nap, had cereal and orange juice for breakfast then headed to the school for drop off by 8:30 am. After leaving Cian at school, Oisin began a DoorDash shift hitting McDonald’s, then grocery stop at Uwijimaya, then onward to the Grind, Starbucks, Corner Bakery, Jersey Mikes, and more. The oppressive controlling and monitoring of DoorDash complained about the route he was taking stating it didn’t look like he was heading to the delivery pickup and if he didn’t soon would have his task re-assigned. It was ridiculous he thought. He drove by some man-made ponds/water management and greenhouses in Kent, and as the weather improved stopped at WinCo for a grocery run. Then he spent the rest of the afternoon at Starbucks doing web development and vlogging. He was super excited that Grubhub and Doordash was offering discounted health insurance through Stride. So he signed up. Afterwards, he went and picked Cian up at school around 3 pm. He was pretty exhausted.

Cian was excited to see dad and wanted to have a picnic in the park before heading off to their afternoon viewing of Dr. Doolittle. They stopped off with their KFC drive-thru and stopped in a park just before the South Center Mall. It wasn’t a relatively used park as their was a homeless camp built into one of the structures. Nerve racking it was dining near it, but saw no one. They got to the South center mall early so browsed in Hot Topic where Cian got some alien goo, then hunted around the Lego Store for treasures. They enjoyed “Dr. Doolittle” as part of their AMC A-List membership free. Oisin rated the film 4 stars out of 5. They then drove back to Etain’s and dad bid Cian goodnight, heading off to stay at Fairy Girl’s place watching three episodes of “Carnival Row“.
