Description

A .7 oz plastic tube of Rubie’s brand Black Cream Makeup #18125. Water washable, 8+ years of age. Lot 40701.

Ingredients: water, glyceryl stearate, mineral oil, propylene glycol, stearic acid, triethanolamine, Diazolidinyl urea, methylparaben, propylparaben, cetyl alcohol, may contain +/- iron oxide (CI 77499).

Made in the United States.

Applying makeup: before applying makeup, plan your design. protect your costume, clothing, and workspace. Apply to a clean, dry face with fingers or a sponge. Removal: Wipe off and wash with warm water and soap. Additional washings may be needed.

Caution: Not recommended for children under 8 years of age. adult supervision recommended. Ingredients are recognized as safe. As with most cosmetics, some individuals may experience instances of sensitivity. Test by placing a small amount inside the wrist and remove after 30 minutes. May stain some fabrics. Do not use it on the lips.

We add the buffer just in case I’m on a archaeological fieldwork project or vending at an event near the shop, otherwise we mark on vacation.  Local Pickup or Delivery: Our local showroom/warehouse is located in the Northwest region of Washington State, in the sleepy border town of Sumas, Washington. We are local to Sumas, Everson, Nooksack, Blaine, Ferndale, Bellingham, Lynden, and Maple Falls as well as Abbotsford/Chilliwack, British Columbia. Local pickup and/or delivery can be arranged.
