Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned
- Custom or special-order items.
- Consumable magic supplies, such as ink, fake blood and flash paper.
- Used or opened items.
How to start a return
Email us at technotinkmedia@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
The buyer pays return shipping costs unless the item was defective or not as described, in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the result. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was defective or not as described.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
