If you have a publication, book, or periodical that needs proofing, editing, and ghost-writing services, please submit your project proposal to us at the below email address. Include page and word count for the work. We’ll quote you a price based on word count, content, and volume.
Let us be your second eyes. We aim to edit your book, publication, or report to make it as clear and easy to read as possible for the audience you are targeting. At present, we only edit “English” texts in “American English”. We will run a spell-check, and grammar check, proof your work, and give suggested changes for you to review in a PDF collaborative document. Send us your document and will give you an estimate for our editing costs. This covers a draft revision and the final version. Editors can also be sent to your office depending on your location, but some localities will incur the cost of travel, lodging, and perdium if you require “one-to-one” services. Once you receive an estimate, we require 50% upfront, the remainder due upon completion.
Our basic pricing is as follows:
- Proofreading:
2 cents a word or $15 per 1000 words.
If your work is already polished and needs a second glance for typos, grammar, capitalization, or simple edits then “proofreading” is your solution. - Basic Editing:
3 cents a word or $20 per 1000 words.
If your work needs moderate polishing, word change around, sentence reconstruction, or some basic rewrites, then “basic editing” is your solution. - Extensive Re-write:
6 cents a word or $50 per 1000 words.
If you need a complete work-over, re-writing, and total editing job, then the “extensive re-write” is your solution.
