Fun World Zipper Makeup Kit

 

About this makeup: This Fun World makeup is manufactured from ingredients generally recognized as safe for use in cosmetics. However, as with any cosmetic, some individuals may experience an allergic reaction. A patch test is recommended. Apply a spot of product to inside elbow or wrist. Leave for 30-60 minutes. If a reaction occurs, discontinue use. 

 

 Step by step instructions:  Zipper: The over the nose style wound is detailed here. But you can use the same instructions if creating the zippered wound over your eye as shown by the man on the front of this card. 1) applying the zipper: a) unzip the zipper most of the way, (b) place the zipper on your face in the desired location, (c) one section at a time, lift the zipper away from the skin, and mark the zipper location with a series of dotted lines of black makeup. (mark the entire length of the zipper … all portions. (d) apply a thorough coating of spirit gum adhesive to the dotted line you’ve just marked on your face and then do the same on the back side of the zipper. *The zipper pull is on the front. place the zipper onto the dotted line, gently tapping it along its length with your fingertip. This will help the spirit gum to secure the zipper to your skin. hold zipper in place for 60-90 seconds. Check to see if the zipper is secured, or if there are areas which require more spirit gum. If there are, follow step e. (e) use a brush to apply additional spirit gum under the zipper. Hold those areas to the skin again for one minute. (2) applying skin makeup: (outside of the zippered wound); (a) white – using a sponge, apply the white makeup as the foundation for the entire area; (b) black  – with a clean sponge, darken the eye sockets, applying using small amounts of makeup at a time. (c) using a sponge and or brush, slowly blend the edges of the black with the white foundation. (3) applying bloody scab (inside of the zippered wound): (a) using a sponge, fill in the open wound area with Bloody scab. Extend the blood onto neck area if desired. (b) create some darker highlights to the bloody wound area by adding very small amounts of black makeup with the brush, a little at a time.     

 

Removal: wash completely with soap and water.  Zipper removal: to remove zipper, use a cotton swab or edge of a folded rag which is soaked in spirit gum remover. Let remover soak into the spirit gum for a minute or two to loosen it. Slowly peel zipper away from skin. Using a swab or rag, work some more remover underneath the zipper as you remove it. 

 

CAUTION: Do not use spirit gum, liquid latex or red makeup around the eye areas.  Avoid contact with facial or body hair. latex can become entangled in the fine facial fuzz or women, girls, and boys of pre-shaving age. This could make removal difficult. avoid contact with clothing, rugs, and upholstery. scrub with warm water and soap. do not use cool water as it will set the latex. Spirit gum is flammable, do not use near heat or flame. The remover is also flammable. use in well ventilated areas. do not use red makeup in or around the eye areas. Do not use purple makeup around the mouth area. Take care! makeup may permanently stain fabrics and carpeting. Use with care. 

 

Ingredients: Mineral oil, Polysorbate 60, PPG-2 Myristyl Ether Propionate, PEG-40 Sorbitan Diisostearate, Propylparaben, Talc, C18-36 Acid Triglyceride, Tribehenin, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, 77492,77499), Red 7 Calcium Lake (CI 15850: 1). Bloody Scab: Hydrolyzed Corn Starch, Silica, Sorbitol, Zea Mays (Corn) Starch, Maltodextrin, Red 40 (CI 16035), Blue 1 (CI 42090). SPirit Gum: Isopropyl Alcohol, Copal, Rosin, Slilica. Spirit Gum Remover:  Isopropyl Myristate, Mineral Oil, Propylene Glycol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.
