It is very similar to Columbia Plain except a portion of the vessel is covered with a green (light, grass, or turquoise) lead glaze applied usually by dipping over a off-white cream or grey\/white tin enameled ceramic. Small fragments are found that may be totally covered with the green glaze that could actually be another lead-glazed ware – so classification needs to be considered. Often used with bowls, escudilla, jars, and plato. appliqued appendages sometimes have vertical I-shaped lug handles.
