\n* Corbin, Kentucky – Columbia, South Carolina *<\/i><\/p>\n

As the trio awoke at the KOA to a very noisy and busy KOA Campground where families were wrapping up their Holiday weekend activities and departing for home, the exhausted adventurers prepared for their trip back. They had breakfast then headed back on the road. As the delvers passed through Corbin, Kentucky they had to take a gander at the birthplace of KFC: Kentucky Fried Chicken<\/a>. They dropped into the little museum restaurant that told the history and settled in for a lunch falling off the bandwagon of their pledge to quit fast food. One exception Sir Thomas Leaf thought. They took it to go and dined in their RV-vardo conducting a AAR (After Action Report) vending strategy lunch for Elf Fest. After lunch and some photos, back on the road by 1:40 PM, they hit the Spur Oil Gas station for a fill-up and went on their way home. Remarking how pricy gas is for a guzzling RV. By the time they reached Hendersonville, Kentucky by 5:30 PM it was time to fill up again at Interstate Gas. They drove through the infamous Oak Ridge<\/a> passing by the secret gates and facilities of the past. Onwards across the Appalachian Mountains as darkness fell they made their way home by midnight.<\/p>\n
