Early to rise, running late, the adventuring duo – Sir Thomas Oisin Leaf and Cian the Prince of Endurance headed out to prepare for their first festival to vend together without Lady Etain. Packing up the trailer with merchandise, Prince Cian playing with Evie during the morning while Daddy packed up. Onwards down the highway they went to Northglenn, to meet up with Lady Bella at the city park. Lady Bella beat the duo, and guided them to the parking area, registration, and helped watch the young Prince while Sir Leaf was building the booth. Bella and Cian had a blast in the water park and playground, and Sir Leaf slowly built the booth, then later Bella and Cian helped finish setting up the booth and decorating. The festival was starting to look amazing. Around 3, it was time to head Prince Cian over to his first babysitting experience while Sir Leaf vended the booth alone for the masquerade ball. Alas though, traffic was a nightmare, it took almost 2 hours for Sir Leaf to get the Prince to the sitters, and then another 2 hours back to the festival. He was supposed to have the booth in full operation at 5:30 pm, but due to traffic, didn’t open until 7 pm. Customers streamed in as he put final touches on the booth and he got a surprise visit from his old friends Lady Kira and Sir David. Sir Leaf was so happy to see them. Wonderful booth mates next door watched his booth for him to go awander, and the mermaid stage was stunning. The pirate ship across from his booth in the lake was mesmerizing. It was a good night. Sir Leaf also heard from the sitters that the young Prince went to use the potty for the first time. A very proud daddy moment indeed. Sad though, it had to also be his very first babysitting experience too and missing that moment. A good evening for both, Sir Leaf – customers, pirates, and vending; and Prince Cian – playing with kids, building blocks, watching cartoons, and having his first big boy experience. A win win for all.
