Sherman, New York to Erie, Pennsylvania
The weary adventuring trio decided to take some down time while reclusing at the sacred pagan sanctuary known as the Brushwood Folklore Center. Breakfast and catching up with writing was the heart of Sir Thomas Leaf’s morning adventures. The trio went for their co-ed shower in the clothing-optional poolhouse as well as a swim and hot tub soak. Then the adventurers were soon back into their van, leaving their vardo/rv behind, for a drive into Erie, Pennsylvania. Driving past the Amish homes and carriages, through Sherman and back on the highway, this time heading northwest to Erie to get some provisions, sights, and wifi at Starbucks.
Less than an hour drive away, the delvers entered Pennsylvania and found shops for supplies right off the Interstate. A oil change, a thrift store pit stop, and a drive down to the Great Lakes for some sun and bathing on the white sandy shores of Lake Erie. They hit laundry for a couple hours of laundromat dredge, sharing the mat with some over-excited rockers who thought the laundromat was the cleanest and best they had ever seen. The evening involved several hours of chai and WiFi at the local downtown Starbucks. They closed out the place by 10 pm and were back on the road to New York, back to their vardo/RV at Brushwood.
